Submit warranty and non-warranty parts requests through the form below. This page has been organized to help you provide the right information quickly so our team can review and process your request as efficiently as possible.

Before You Submit

Important: Parts pricing and availability requests are not accepted by phone. Please submit all requests in writing using the form on this page.
  • Complete the form as fully as possible
  • Include the unit model number and serial number
  • Clearly identify the part needed
  • Provide the reason for failure or need
  • Include billing and shipping details to avoid delays

Processing Notes

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for processing
  • Some parts may require factory review
  • Returned parts may need to be held up to 90 days if requested
  • Pool chemistry records may be required for warranty consideration
  • Freight and labor are not covered under warranty

Warranty Review

Warranty approval is subject to factory review and may require additional documentation such as service history, operating details, photos, or other supporting information before a final determination is made.

Shipping & Return Notes

If requested, parts may need to be returned to the factory for evaluation. Inbound and outbound freight, as well as reinstallation costs, are not included under warranty unless otherwise approved in writing.

    Legal Disclaimer & Warranty Notice

    Note: Parts may be required to be returned to the factory for credit at the client’s expense for final determination of warranty or non-warranty status. The factory may request that parts be held for up to 90 days by the client for review.

    The factory may request pool chemistry reports to approve or deny a warranty claim. Pool chemistry records of proper balancing may be required with any submitted claim.

    Warranty coverage does not apply to equipment or components that have deteriorated or failed due to improper pool chemistry, including but not limited to imbalances in chlorine, salt, bromine, or other chemical levels.

    All parts must be paid for at the time of order and may be required to be returned to the factory for evaluation and credit. The factory will notify the client if a return is required.

    Freight costs out/inbound are not covered by factory warranty.
    Reinstallation is not covered by factory warranty.
